PRIVATE EQUITY INVESTMENTS

Devonshire Capital's private equity investments are targeted at medium sized mature companies believed to have favourable growth potential within a broad range of industry segments in Asia. From our companies we expect a strong management team, a solid market share and a clear business plan and budget. Furthermore our investment criteria include a feasible exit scenario, and a preferred investment structure and size.

Devonshire Capital is currently developing a series of Buy Out Funds to provide a value-added business and financial partner to help companies to realise their business visions. Value will be added through available expertise and experience in corporate strategy, corporate finance (merger and acquisition financial advisory), capital markets (stock listing, trade sales, reverse take-overs) and business operations.
