Low Carbon Investors secures funding from Devonshire

Low Carbon Investors has secured new funding from Singapore-based asset management group Devonshire Capital.
The investment sees Andrew Affleck, managing partner of Devonshire, join Low Carbon as executive director and chairman of the board. Mr Affleck said a number of factors – political, economical and environmental – had created opportunities in the renewable energy and clean technology markets. He said there was a need for “quality operators” and that it was a good time to be a “low carbon investor”.
