Devonshire Capital DEVONSHIRE CAPITAL APPOINTS A NEW PARTNER Devonshire Capital is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Oliver Hughes as an equity partner of the Devonshire Capital group of companies with immediate effect. He joined Devonshire Capital in 2001 from ING Barings, and since been responsible for a wide range of highly successful fixed income and structured finance projects. Oliver first moved with ING Barings from London to Hong Kong over seven years ago, before moving on to Thailand where he well-known as being at the forefront of the development of Thailand's fledgling securitization market. His expertise has resulted in a number of firsts in structured finance and asset backed securitization in Thailand. Oliver will continue to reside in Bangkok, Thailand where he will head up the new joint venture between Devonshire Capital and Thailand's Kiatnakin Finance and Securities Public Company Limited, Devonshire Kiatnakin. Educated at the Queen's College, Oxford University, he is married and has two small children. Contact details:
