Devonshire Capital Debt facility backed by Chung Hwa plc equity Devonshire Capital arranged for its client a US$ 10 million reverse collar equity derivative debt facility backed by a Chung Hwa Developments Holdings Ltd ordinary shares, which was funded by JP Morgan.
Chung Hwa Developments Holdings Limited has since had its name changed to Credit Card DNA Security System (Holdings) Limited on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. |
