Devonshire Capital Successful Malaysian Trading Debut of Online One Corporation Berhad on the MESDAQ Devonshire Capital as consultant to Online One Berhad Corporation (OOCB) is pleased to announce OOCB’s successful listing on the MESDAQ market of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. OOCB sold 28.3 million shares at 40 sen each to raise 11.32 million ringgit for acquisitions and to fund projects. Devonshire Capital was responsible for the origination and execution of the listing process. |
