Devonshire Capital Devonshire Capital joins hands with Dr. Prakash Patel to co-promote ProChem Solutions, a new provider of knowledge-based solutions to the R&D divisions of the chemical processing industry. ProChem Solutions Pte. Limited (ProChem), intends to develop engineering products and processes for both Research and Development (R&D) and the process divisions of the chemical processing industry. ProChem is currently in the process of establishing its first operational laboratory and support offices at the Science Park in Singapore, and is also is setting up a full scale R&D facility with offices, laboratories and pilot plants on two acres of land in Pune, India. Devonshire Private Equity Limited is providing the financial management expertise and the initial capital for ProChem; it is intended to list the Company on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange within two years. The potential global market of outsourcing knowledge-based
solutions is estimated to be in excess of US$2.5 billion and still
growing. |
