Devonshire Capital ProChem Solutions signs a collaboration agreement with ICES a member of the Singapore Government Agency of Science, Technology and Research (A*Star) ProChem Solutions Pte. Limited (ProChem) today announced the signing of a collaboration agreement which including the full use of the facilities of the Institute of Chemical and Engineering Sciences ("ICES") at Jurong Island in Singapore. The Agreement is to collaborate on certain research projects to deliver knowledge based solutions to the chemical processing industry and is negotiating similar collaborations with the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research ("CSIR") in India. Devonshire Private Equity Limited is providing the financial management expertise and the initial capital for ProChem; it is intended to list the Company on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange within two years. The potential global market of outsourcing knowledge-based solutions is estimated to be in excess of US$2.5 billion and still growing. |
