Devonshire Capital Investment in Asian BioFuels producer Devonshire Funds discloses to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) that it has acquired 13% of Sterling BioFuels International Limited to become the second largest shareholder. Sterling BioFuels International Limited operates a 100,000 ton biodiesel plant in Malaysia and is listed on the ASX.
