Successful debut of FTEC Resources Berhad on Malaysia’s MESDAQ

Devonshire Capital as consultant to FTEC Resources Berhad (FRB) is pleased to announce FRB’s successful listing on the MESDAQ market of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

FRB sold 39.9 million shares at 45 sen each to raise 18 million ringgit to finance projects. Devonshire Capital was responsible for origination and execution of the listing process.
