Cyber Ventures leads successful Debt Restructuring of Datamat Public Company Limited

Datamat to regain its position as Thailand’s leading systems and software integrator, software developer and service provider.

Cyber Ventures Limited (Cyber Ventures) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the corporate restructuring of Datamat Public Company Limited (Datamat) and its outstanding liabilities.

The rehabilitation process, which has taken over two years to complete, included a range of financial restructuring options, including principal and interest write off, debt to equity conversion, the rescheduling of remaining principal and most important, an injection of new capital from Cyber Ventures.

The vision, adaptability and skills of Datamat’s management and staff have enabled them to navigate a difficult and volatile environment with flying colours. The positive and amicable negotiations between Datamat Management, Datamat’s creditors and Cyber Ventures have led to a true restructuring of Datamat’s operations, business plan and capital structure. Hence, today’s agreement enables Datamat to once again take the lead as Thailand’s premier systems and software integrator, software developer and service provider.

Post the restructuring and capital injection Datamat will have in excess of Thai Baht 300 million of cash on its balance sheet, and will use this cash to embark on strategic acquisitions, business alliances and new ventures to consolidate its position as industry leader. As part of Datamat’s new business plan it
intends to extend its focus beyond Thailand’s borders to explore new business opportunities overseas.

Cyber Ventures is delighted with the outcome of the restructuring and the action of all parties involved in
this process and is confident of the success of its investment in the company and its management and staff.

Cyber Ventures is a Thai corporation at the forefront of providing capital, rehabilitation solutions and
