Devonshire Capital Successful placement of THB 1.17 billion NHA debentures for the NHA SPV Company Limited Devonshire Capital is pleased to announce the successful closure of the 2nd lot placement of 20-year amortising debentures issued by NHA SPV Company Limited amounting to THB 1.17 billion and to a series of short-term debentures rollover programs issued by Osprey Series II Company Limited of the same value. Devonshire Capital was the advisor for this securitization of residential hire-purchase assets for and on behalf of the Thai National Housing Authority, a government entity established to develop housing for low to middle income Thai nationals. |
