Devonshire Capital completes three acquisitions for Patimas Computers Berhad in Malaysia.

Devonshire Capital acted as consultant to PATIMAS COMPUTERS BERHAD (PATI) in the origination and execution of the 69 million ringgit acquisitions of:

   a) The acquisition of 100% equity interest in HPD Systems Sdn Bhd;

   b) The acquisition of 100% equity interest in DGN Systems Sdn Bhd; and

   c) The acquisition of 100% equity in EIX Solutions Sdn Bhd.

Arab-Malaysian Merchant Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Board of Directors of PATI, wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent set out in the three (3) conditional sale and purchase agreements dated 30 March 2001 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions have been fulfilled and as such, the Proposed Acquisitions have been completed as at 16 July 2001.
