Noble Development Road Show THB 1 Billion Bond

DK-Noble Development Public Company Limited, a leading property developer of Thailand will issue a THB 1 billion bond. The company will raise money to buy land for new housing projects. Devonshire Kiatnakin Co., Ltd is appointed as the Financial Advisor and UOB Radanasin Bank Pcl. as the underwriter. The bond's coupon rate will be fixed after investors place their subscriptions for the securities on October 28.
