Datamat Pcl. Announces the Capital Increase.

Datamat Public Company Limited will raise its capital by approximately Bt 400 million to repay parts of its CDRAC administered debt and invest in its Malaysian Subsidiary namely DVM Technology Berhad, the rest of the fund will be used for its working capital. The capital increase will be through a rights offering. The newly issued common shares will be offered to the existing shareholders, according to the shareholder's register book by September 17 2003, at the proportion of 5 : 3 existing : new shares.

Devonshire Kiatnakin Co., Ltd is appointed as the Financial Advisor for Datamat Public Company Limited for this Right Offerings.
