Mr. Andrew Affleck

Mr. Affleck (40) is the Managing Partner of Devonshire Capital Group, an Asian investment banking and private equity specialist. Mr. Affleck is Singapore-based and has over 15 years of investment banking, corporate finance and private equity experience in Asia Pacific financial markets.

Mr. Affleck co-founded Devonshire Capital in 1995 to form an independent merchant bank for the Asian region. Mr. Affleck has worked in all major Asian markets, but has a particular interest in London, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia.

Mr. Affleck focuses on advising institutional and corporate clients. A specialist in structured products and complex financial engineering, Mr. Affleck managed an investment portfolio in excess of US$1 billion, comprising equity derivatives, futures and options for private US institutions. Currently, Mr. Affleck is leading the initiative of Devonshire Capital in the private equity fund management arena.
